Scapp Continues Expanding Digital Services

Microfinance organization Scapp has introduced electronic signatures into its service processes. This step is part of Scapp’s core strategic direction – digitalization of its services - which the organization announced earlier this year within the framework of its rebranding. As a reminder, the company operated on the market under the name “Swiss Capital” for 15 years and, since September 2025, continues its operations under the name “Scapp”.Advantages of Digital Service Development for Customers“The goal of digitalizing our services is to create simpler, more flexible, and more accessible financial products for our customers. Our team’s main priority is to enhance customer experience by leveraging innovative technologies - to make services more convenient, significantly improve service delivery processes, save customers’ time, and ensure high standards of security and transparency,” says Nino Rekhviashvili, Head of Service and Operations Development at Scapp.Electronic signatures were implemented by Scapp in partnership with Signify. This digital tool significantly simplifies customer service on the one hand, and on the other, reduces paper consumption - fully aligning with the organization’s environmental commitment. It is noteworthy that Scapp was the first microfinance organization on the market to offer financial products through a mobile application for users’ enhanced convenience. The Scapp app was created in 2022 and the range of financial services available on the platform continues to grow.Benefits of Using the Scapp Mobile AppWith the Scapp app, customers can access loan products remotely, without visiting a branch, manage their existing obligations, and make online payments. The platform also allows currency conversion at one of the most competitive exchange rates on the market. Currently, the number of registered users on Scapp has reached 90,000.The Scapp mobile app is available both on the App Store and Play StoreMicrofinance organization Scapp will continue developing a comfortable, modern, and innovative financial ecosystem for its customers.
